McCauley Mountain, a mountain bike haven, with 15 miles of professionally built trails and more being developed. The total descent is 2,077 ft with a vertical drop over 600 feet. 70+ miles of trails in the hamlet of Old Forge, featuring flow trails, single track, and double track for all skill levels. All situated in your Adirondack base camp on the Fulton Chain of lakes. 20 different mountain bike trails serve all skill levels of mountain biking enthusiasts. There are single tracks, some of which are narrow and rocky, as well as technical, machine-built flow trails with large berms, rollers, and jumps for intermediate and advanced riders. There are also wider, multi-use trails that accommodate cross country and alpine skiers during the winter.
Food Fight and Toga Party have been resurfaced thanks to @afta_trails !! Both trails were plucked of the small rocks that had surfaced from erosion and the fresh dirt was packed back down. Get out and ride while its super fresh!

It’s an opportunity for experienced riders, novices, and those curious about the sport, to meet and test out the area’s new and improved trails, chat with vendors and exhibitors on hand, demo a few new bikes, ride along on a guided trail tour, and enjoy a couple of days of fun, food, and music immersed in nature and surrounded by the great outdoors.
